    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被加熱物体を収容する炉の温度に相応した電圧を基準電
    圧と比較し、その誤差信号により炉を所望の温度状態に
    制御する温度制御装置において、、安定化した直流電圧
    を時間で分割し、発生したパルスを平均化して基準電圧
    を発生する直流電圧発生回路を有することを特徴とする
    温度制御装置。
