- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発熱体となる正特性サーミスタと感温体と
なる負特性サーミスタとを熱的に結合して構成し
た検知部を収容したパイプ部分と取付ネジ部分と
から成る液面レベルセンサーにおいて、 前記パイプ部分を前記取付ネジ部分よりも熱伝
導性の良好な素材で構成したことを特徴とする液
面レベルセンサー。 (2) 前記パイプ部分を金属素材でかつ、前記取
付部分を樹脂素材で構成したことを特徴とする実
