Claims (1)
- 強制冷却パイプをガス浸炭炉の内部に装設し、
かつ該パイプ内に冷却流体を流す供給装置を備え
てなり、操業中断のとき炉温の急速下降を実現す
るようにしたことを特徴とする電熱式連続ガス浸
炭炉。
