- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱良導体の基板上に熱不良導体層を形成し
、この熱不良導体層上に複数の発熱抵抗体を設け
てなるサーマルヘツドにおいて、 上記熱不良導体層は、上記発熱抵抗体周辺では
各発熱抵抗体毎に分離されていることを特徴とす
るサーマルヘツド。 (2) 上記熱不良導体層はガラスからなることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
サーマルヘツド。 (3) 上記熱不良導体層は高分子化合物からなる
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
