本発明は三相のカートリツジヒータに関し、金
属パイプ内の三本の電熱線の位置決めを正確に行
い、温度分布を均一化し、長寿命の三相カートリ

末を焼結してなる円柱状のガイドコアであり、三
本の貫通孔が形成されている。6は三脚端子であ
り、第4,5図に示すように、二脚7,8を形成
するコ字状の金具に他の一脚9を形成するL字状
の金具をスポツト溶接して形成されている。この
三脚端子6の各脚7,8,9はガイドコア5の各
貫通孔に挿入されている。このガイドコア5は金
属パイプ1の封止側端部近傍に配置され、三脚端
子6の各脚7,8,9の接続部は成形体4側に位
置し、各脚7,8,9の先端はガイドコア5より
金属パイプ1の開口に向けて突出している。10
はガイドコア5より突出した三脚端子6の各脚に
それぞれ一端を接続された三本の電熱線であり、
この各電熱線10の他端にはそれぞれ電極端子1
1が接続されている。この各電極端子11はガイ
ドコア5と同一形状で、金属パイプ1の開口側端
部に嵌入された他のガイドコア12を貫通し、先
端は金属パイプ1の開口より外方へ突出してい
る。なお、ガイドコア5,12は電熱線10の収
縮方向の弾性により互いに近づく方向に移動しよ
うとするが、金属パイプ1の内方へ突出した突部
13により位置決めされている。14は金属パイ
プ1に充填された電気絶縁粉末、15は金属パイ
プ1の開口側端部を封口する耐熱絶縁封口材であ
