  1. スピーカ載置部と、このスピーカ載置部の一端部に配置
    した扶持部と、その他端部に設けた支持ステーとを備え
    前記扶持部はスリット間隙と、このスリット間隙をアジ
    ャストする締着ねじとを有し、挾持部で車内構成部を挾
    持すると共に、スピーカ載置部にスピーカを固定できる
    ように構成したことを特徴とする車載用スピーカ取付装
    置。
