Claims (1)
- 充電電圧を制御するトランジスターを介して電
池を充電する充電制御回路で、前記トランジスタ
ーの入力側の電圧を印加する定電圧ダイオードと
抵抗を直列に接続してなる定電圧回路と、前記定
電圧ダイオードと抵抗の接続点の電圧によつて制
御される第２のトランジスターを備え、前記第２
のトランジスターに並列に発光ダイオードを接続
して構成した充電制御装置。
