を反転自在に枢支すると共に該フオークの下面を
支承してフオークを稍々上向きに保持するストツ
パを固定し、前記マストに設けた駆動輪とフオー
ク基端の反転枢支軸に取付けた従動輪との間に反
転操作チエーンを懸回した反転フオークを有する
