Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物と、この被測定物から放射される赤外線の通過
    経路上に設置される赤外線センサとの間に配置され、赤
    外線センサに入射される光を変調して該赤外線センサに
    導く光変調器であって、圧電振動子と、この圧電振動子
    の振動によって駆動される変調手段とを備え、該変調手
    段は圧電振動子の一端に立設される可動スリット部で構
    成され、該可動スリット部の近傍に周囲温度を検出する
    温度検知用素子を可動スリット部と熱的に接触した状態
    で配備してなる光変調器。
