のであるが、この途中圧送によりプラグノズル9aから
端部上面に例えば合成樹脂性の流動性プラグ材1oの流
出を帯状に受ける。コルゲートシート6と平シート81
d圧Wロー211により合接され、後述の積層体を形成
する単位層であるコルゲートベア12となる。このとき
第2図で部分的に示すように1平シート8上にあった帯
状の流動性プラグ材10は、コルゲートシート6の頂部
7aと平シート8の上面によりコルゲートシート6の谷
部13aに排除されコルゲートベア12のセル14a内
端部に独立したプラグ15aを形成する。同一面上にプ
ラグ15aで端部を閉塞したセル14a群を有するコル
ゲートベア12は、保持ローラ16で、コルゲート大歯
車3から離れた後、裏面の頂部7bに糊口−26bによ
って接着剤が塗布される。そして、圧送によりプラグノ
ズル9bからコルゲートベア12の上面でしかもセル1
4a内端部にあるプラグ15aの反対側端面に上記と同
じ流動性プラグ材1oの流出を帯状に受ける。そして最
後に巻き上げ機(図示せず)でもって第3図に示すよう
にロール状ハニカム構造体17aにコルゲートベア12
を巻き上げることにより、上記と同様にコルゲートペア
12上にあった帯状の流−動性プラグ材1oは、コルゲ
ートシート6の裏面頂部7bと平シート8の裏面により
コルゲートシート6の裏面谷部13bに排除され、第4
図の断面に示すようにロール状ハニカム構造体17aの
