【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は配管の表示方法として用いられる合
札に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a tag used as a method of displaying piping.
機械類の油空圧配管は製作工場において配管
し、機械を運転して検査を行う。機械を使用場所
へ輸送するに際してはバルブスタンドと本機とは
切離して運搬することが多い。本機とバルブスタ
ンドと切離す際には配管、ホース等は接手部分よ
り切離すが、従来は一対の金属板に刻印せる合札
を予め準備しておいて、分離せる一組の管接手の
夫々に合札を細い金属線で結びつける。ところが
配管数が多くなると合札も多くなり、いざ分解す
る段になり合札がなかなは見つからないというこ
とはしばしば経験する処である。又、再組立時に
合札に油がかゝり刻印した字が見えにくく作業に
手間どることが少しとしない。即ち作業上無駄が
あり管理が簡単にみえて簡単でないうらみがあ

交して等間隔にV溝3が刻設されている。これら
は又第2図及び第3図の一部を夫々拡大せる第4
図及び第5図に示されている。このV溝2及び3
は管用合札1が剛性を持ち、手操作による通常の
取扱によつては切損しない如く刻設せられてい
て、手で力を加えると曲らないで折れて分離する
如く材質と併せて適当な形状寸法が選ばれる。従
つてこのV溝2及び3はV溝に限らないけれども
ノツチエフエクトがあるように鋭く切込むことが

つて、最も若い順序数を附した区画を分離し得る
V溝32より折つて分離した後その組のV溝31
より折つて分離して線29を挿通して管接手に結
