Claims (1)
- 感光剤を塗布された試料を遠心力により塗膜を
均一なものとし、膜厚を回転数を制御することに
より一定なものにスピンコーテイング装置におい
て、回転フランジの上部空間にエアーノズルを有
し、エアーを外周の方向へと吹きつけることによ
り感光剤が壁に反射してサンプルに落下してくる
ことを防止し、溶剤噴出パイプをカバーの円周上
に取り付け洗浄性を容易にしたことを特徴とする
スピンコーデイング装置。
