    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ部材と、前記シリンダ部材に軸線方向
    に移動可能に嵌合したパワーピストンとを有し、
    前記シリンダ部材と前記パワーピストンとにより
    前記パワーピストンの一方の側に互いに個別の第
    一のシリンダ室と第二のシリンダ室とが郭定され
    、前記第一のシリンダ室に直接連通した油圧通路
    と、前記第一のシリンダ室と前記第二のシリンダ
    室とを互いに連通接続するオリフイス通路とが設
    けられたダブルチヤンバ式油圧サーボ装置に於て
    、前記第二のシリンダ室にはバランスピストンが
    移動可能に設けられ、前記オリフイス通路は前記
    パワーピストンと前記バランスピストンとの間の
    位置にて前記第二のシリンダ室に開口し、前記バ
    ランスピストンの前記パワーピストンの側とは反
    対の側の室が大気開放室になつていることを特徴
    とするダブルチヤンバ式油圧サーボ装置。
