手のハウジングの上半部縦断正面図で、第１図

た本考案管継手のハウジング固定用チツプについ
て２種類の正面形状を示す正面図、第４図乃至第
６図は従来のメカニカル管継手について３種類の
構造を示す上半部縦断側面図、である。 図中、１：ハウジング、２：シールリング、４
：凹部、５：ねじ孔、６：固定手段、７：チツプ
、８：押えボルト。

Claims (1)
- 接続しようとする管Ａ，Ａ′の両被接続端部に
またがつて外嵌装着する筒状のハウジング１と、
該ハウジング１の２条の内周溝１ａ，１ａに装着
され各々被接続管Ａ，Ａ′に密嵌する２本のシー
ルリング２，２と、前記ハウジング１を両被接続
管Ａ，Ａ′に固定する固定手段６からなり、ハウ
ジング１はその内面の前記２列の内周溝１ａ，１
ａの両外側に周方向等間隔で複数の凹部４が形成
されかつその各凹部に対し凹部底に貫通する半径
方向のねじ孔５が設けられており、前記固定手段
６はそのハウジングの凹部４に収容される爪７ａ
付のチツプ７と同じく前記ねじ孔５に螺着する押
えボルト８とからなり、押えボルト８の締め込み
でチツプ７を背後から押圧しその爪７ａを被接続
管Ａ，Ａ′に喰い込ませて固定するよう構成され
てなることを特徴とする管継手。
