け腕部を設け、係止爪部を蓋カバーの基部に設け
た筒状縫合部の両端に近く設けた掛穴を通して筒
状縫合部に挿入して蓋カバーと共にホルダーの支
承側板上のに係合させ、吊り掛け腕部を予備スト
ツカーの上縁に設けた筒状縫合部に挿入係合可能
