- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 丸棒あるいは丸管状の非磁性基体の側面の
長さ方向に沿つて形成した溝に、磁性金属線材を
該磁性金属線材の外周の半分を前記溝に埋設した
ことを特徴とする磁気スケール。 (2) 前記磁性金属線材は直径の半分の厚さにお
いて前記溝に露出させたことを特徴とする実用新
