Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は練りカラシ、ワサビ等の食品、練り歯磨、医薬
品、化粧品、工業薬品等を収容して使用するチューブ容
器の製造方法に関するものである。
(従来の技術) 従来、チューブ容器の製造方法としては、予め胴部と口
肩部を別々に製造し、しかる後胴部と口肩部を接合させ
る方法、或いは、インジェクション成形用金型に胴部を
挿入した後、この金型内に熔融樹脂を流し込み所望形状
の口肩部を形成する方法等がある。前者の方法において
は、胴部がアルミニウム等の金属箔を中間層とする多層
構成であること、または、口肩部にアルミニウム箔等の
挿入物を有することをを利用して、高周波処理を施して
胴部と口肩部を熱溶着させる高周波シールが通常行われ
る。
(従来技術の問題点) この高周波シールは唱部と口肩部の接合面どうしを重ね
合わせて高周波を照射し、胴部または口肩部の金属部を
発熱させることにより周囲の樹脂を溶融させ、胴部と口
肩部を熱溶着させるものである。したがってシール時に
接合面が完全に接触していないとシール不良を起こし、
容器の密封性を保てないという問題が生じていた。
(発明の目的) そこで、本発明は上述の問題点を解決するものであり、
接合面の一方に凹凸部を設けて高周波シールを行い、シ
ール不良のない極めて密封性の高いチューブ容器の製造
方法を提供することを目的とするものである。
(発明の概要) この目的を達成するため本発明は、少なくと部の円錐壁
部先端部外面に凹凸を形成した後、該凹凸部と内面に熱
溶着性合成樹脂を有する多層構成の胴部とを重ねて高周
波シールにて接合することを特徴とするチューブ容器の
製造方法を提供するものである。
(実施例) 以下本発明の実施例を図によって説明する。
第1図は本発明のチューブ容器の製造方法の一実施例を
示す工程におけるチューブ容器の概略断面図、1は本発
明に係るチューブ容器の口肩部、5は胴部である。
まず、インジェクション成形にてネジ部が設けられた口
部2と円錐壁部よりなる肩部3が一体成形された口肩部
lを製造する。このとき肩部3の先端部外面には、第3
図に示すような円周方向に溝部Aを有する凹凸部4が同
時に成形される。口肩部3の樹脂としては、胴部5との
溶着性を考慮してポリエチレンを使用した。この凹凸部
4は第3図に示すものに限定するものではなく、第4図
に示すような多数の突起物Bよりなるもの、或いは、上
記円錐壁部母線方向に溝部を有する凹凸(図示せず)等
であってもよい。次に、第1図(alに示すようにこの
肩部3の凹凸部4と、予め筒状に形成された胴部5の一
端部を重ね合わせる。胴部5はアルミニウム箔を中間層
6とする多層構成の筒状体であり、口肩部3との溶着性
を考慮して、最内層7にはポリエチレンを使用した。
次いで、第1図(blに示すように胴部5の内面を凹凸
部4に押しつけ、この押しつけた部分に高周波を照射し
、中間層6のアルミニウム箔を発熱させて最内層7およ
び凹凸部4の樹脂を溶融させ、胴部5に肩部3を溶着さ
せる。このとき、肩部3の凹凸部4において溶融した凸
部の樹脂が周囲に拡がり、肩部3と最内層7の隙間に流
れ込むため、肩部3は胴部5に隙間なく溶着される。
また、上記実施例では口肩部にポリエチレン単体のもの
を使用したが、特に密封性を要求される場合は、第2図
に示すように口肩部10の樹脂層1)の内側に開口部を
閉鎖するガス遮断性の挿入物12を設けてもよい。挿入
物12は両面が熱溶着性合成樹脂で被覆されたアルミニ
ウム等の金属箔を一体成形したもので、この一体成形さ
れた挿入?1I12をインジェクション成形用金型コア
に被冠させ、溶融樹脂を流し込むことにより所望形状の
口肩部IOが得られる。口肩部10には前述の凹凸部4
が形成されており、この日肩部10と前記胴部5とを高
周波にて溶着することにより、密封性の高いチューブ容
器を得ることができる。
尚、この場合、胴部5はアルミニウム等の金属箔を中間
層とする多層構成のものを使用したが、多層押出し等に
より形成される合成樹脂層のみのものであってもよい。
多層押出しにより形成される胴部としては、例えば、エ
チレンビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリ塩化ビニリデン
樹脂、ナイロン等のガス遮断層を中間層とし、この中間
層の両側に合成樹脂よりなる接着層を設け、更にその外
側に樹脂層を設けたものがある。この合成樹脂層のみの
胴部と上記口肩部10との接合は、高周波の照射により
金属性の挿入物12が発熱し、周囲の樹脂が溶融するこ
とによりてなされるのである。
(発明の効果) 以上のように、本発明においては、チューブ容器の口肩
部の円錐壁部先端部に凹凸を形成して高周波シールを行
うため、胴部と口肩部が隙間なく溶着され、極めて密封
性の高いチューブ容器を容易に製造することができると
いう効果を有するものである。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)内面に熱溶着性合成樹脂層を有する多層構成の胴
    部に、少なくとも表面が熱溶着性合成樹脂にて形成され
    円錐壁部を有する口肩部を高周波シールにて接合するチ
    ューブ容器の製造方法において、前記口肩部の円錐壁部
    先端部外面に凹凸部を形成した後、該凹凸部と前記胴部
    を重ねて高周波シールにて接合することを特徴とするチ
    ューブ容器の製造方法。
  2. (2)前記胴部は金属箔を中間層とする多層構成よりな
    ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第(1)項記載のチ
    ューブ容器の製造方法。
  3. (3)前記口肩部は開口部を閉鎖するガス遮断性の挿入
    物を有することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第(1)項
    記載のチューブ容器の製造方法。
  4. (4)前記凹凸部は円周方向に溝部を形成することを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第(1)項記載のチューブ容器
    の製造方法。
  5. (5)前記凹凸部は多数の突起物よりなることを特徴と
