Conventionally, there have been filtration devices in which a tank for a filter medium layer and a sedimentation tank are formed separately, but the present invention provides a filter medium layer and a sedimentation section in one water tank so that an appropriate filtration action can be performed. This reduces the size of the device,
The present invention proposes a filtration device that is not only rational, but also capable of properly cleaning the filter layer.

Next, the filtration action of this filtration device will be described.
Open the first valve 16 for the filtered water outflow pipe 6 and the second valve 17 for the overflow port 12, close the third valve 18 for the wash water inflow pipe 9, and the fourth valve 19 for the sediment discharge port 15, and then start pumping. Activate P.
Due to this operation, raw water flows into the water tank 1 from the inlet 13, but the raw water flows in such a way that a swirling flow 14 that gradually descends in the lower part of the water tank 1 is generated, so that coarse dust and other substances in the raw water are removed. It is decomposed by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow 14 and settles along the inner circumferential wall of the water tank 1, and is deposited at the bottom of the water tank 1. Then, the raw water becomes a reverse upward flow at the center of the swirling flow 14 and reaches the inside of the rotating body 3, but when the raw water first passes through the water passing wall 5 of the rotating body 3, the water passing wall 5 functions as a filter. The water is then filtered through the filter medium layer 2, reaches the filtrate outlet 7, and is circulated through the filtrate outlet pipe 6 to a pond or the like outside the aquarium 1.

Then, the precipitated substances such as coarse dust accumulated at the bottom of the water tank 1 are discharged to the outside of the water tank 1 from the precipitate discharge port 15 by opening the fourth valve 19 at an appropriate time.

Next, the filter medium cleaning action of this filter device will be explained. The first valve 16 is closed, the third valve 18 is opened, and cleaning water is supplied from the cleaning water supply pipe 9 through the filtrate outlet pipe 6 and the filtrate outlet 7 into the rotary body 3 to clean the filter layer 2. . At the same time, the rotating body 3 is rotated by the rotating handle 10. This rotating body 3
The rotation of the water passage wall 5 and the cleaning brush 11
are rubbed together, and the adhering suspended matter on the outer surface of the water passage wall 5 is dissociated and removed, and reaches the inside of the aquarium 1. Further, due to the rotation of the rotating body 3, the granular filter media of the filter media layer 2 are agitated and rubbed together, and the suspended matter adhering to the filter media is dissociated and removed, and at the same time, the inner surface of the water passage wall 5 and the granular filter media are rubbed together, causing the water passage wall The adhering suspended matter on the inner surface of 5 is also dissociated and removed. Then, these adhered suspended solids are dispersed in the water in the water tank 1, or they are passed through the water passage wall 5 by the washing water supplied into the rotating body 3 to the outside of the rotating body 3, that is, inside the water tank 1. leading to. At this time, the passage of the adhering suspended solids from the water passage wall 5 is not inhibited by the filter function of the water passage wall 5 itself.
Firstly, the adhering suspended solids inside the rotating body 3 are those that have passed through the water passage wall 5 during filtration.
Second, the adhering suspended solids inside the rotating body 3 are crushed by the agitation and collision of the granular filter media during cleaning, and are smaller. be.

In the filtration device according to the present invention configured as described above, raw water reaches the water tank 1 from the inlet 13 during confectionery, passes through the water passage wall 5 of the rotating body 3, and then passes through the filter medium layer 2.
The raw water from the inlet 13 is filtered through the filtrate and flows out of the tank 1 from the filtrate outlet 7, but the raw water from the inlet 13 forms a swirling flow 1 that gradually descends in the lower part of the tank 1.
Since the raw water flows into the water tank 1 in such a manner that the raw water 4 is generated, coarse dust and other substances in the raw water are separated and settled by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow 14, and settle at the bottom of the water tank 1.

Then, the central upward flow of the descending swirling flow 14 passes through the water passage wall 5 of the rotating body 3 and then flows out through the filter layer 2 from the outlet 7 to the outside of the water tank 1 .

Therefore, the raw water contains the coarse dust particles etc. in the swirling flow 14.
Since the water passes through the filter layer 2 after being separated and removed by the force of the monkey's mind, the raw water is properly filtered through these two processes. If this is viewed from the side of the filter medium layer 2, the filtration burden on the filter medium layer and clogging can be reduced.

In addition, the filtration device according to the present invention performs these functions in one water tank 1 without separately providing a filter layer tank and a sedimentation tank unlike conventional ones, so that the device can be downsized and streamlined. Any hindrance to raw water filtration due to such a configuration is caused by the effect that the sedimentation of coarse dust substances in the raw water is forcibly carried out by the centrifugal force of the swirling flow 14. do not have.

Further, when cleaning the filter layer 2 of the filter device according to the present invention, the rotation of the rotating body 3 causes the granular filter media of the filter layer 2 to be agitated and rubbed together, thereby dissociating and removing suspended matter adhering to the filter media. The attached suspended solids pass through the water passage wall 5 and reach the water in the aquarium 1, and are discharged to the outside of the aquarium 1 from the sediment discharge port 15 at an appropriate time. Similarly, sediments such as coarse dust particles accumulated at the bottom of the water tank 1 are also discharged to the outside of the water tank 1 from the sediment discharge port 15 at an appropriate time.

Therefore, the filtering device according to the present invention also has the effect that the filtering medium layer 2 can be properly and sufficiently washed.
