装置のタイミング・チャート図、第３図はこの考案のワ
ン・ショット・バパルス駆動装置の回路構成図、第４図
はこの考案のワン・ショット●パルス駆動装置のタイミ
ング●チャート図である。
図中１はスイッチ、２はキャパシタ、３，４は抵抗、５
は第１のトランジスタ、６は負荷、７は駆動用電源、８
は抵抗、９は第２のトランジスタ、１０はダイオードで
ある。
なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して

駆動ワン・ショット・パルス駆動装置において、一端が
電源のθ端子に、他端がダイオードのアノードと、第１
のｎｐｎ とランジスタのエミツタと、第２のｎｐｎト
ランジスタのエミツタにつながるスイッチと、一端がダ
イオードのカソードと第１のｎｐｎ トランジスタのベ
ースにつながるキャパシタと、このキャパシタの他端と
電源の■端子に接続される第１の抵抗と、同じくキャパ
シタの他端と第２のｎｐｎトランジスタのコレクタに接
続される第２の抵抗と、第１のｎｐｎトランジスタのコ
レクタと第２のｎｐｎ トランジスタのベースに接続さ
れる第３の抵抗と、電源の■端子と第１のｎｐｎ トラ
ンジスタのコレクタ間に接続される負荷から構成したこ
