    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気通路に介装され排気中の微粒子を捕集するトラップ
    と、該トラップにより捕集された排気微粒子を加熱燃焼
    させるバーナと、を備える内燃機関の排気微粒子処理装
    置はおいて、前記バーナに下流端部が臨みバーナに燃焼
    用空気を供給する空気供給通路と、該空気供給通路に取
    付けられ高周波数で振動する高周波振動体と、該高周波
    振動体近傍の空気供給通路に取付けられ当該振動体に向
    けて燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、を備えたことを特徴
    とする内燃機関の排気微粒子処理装置。
