Claims (1)
- 混合する２つの流体成分ラインに、パルス出力
形の容積式流量計と調節弁が設けられ、各流量計
のパルスを取り込み、これを積算しながら、あら
かじめ設定された総合流量及び混合比により各流
量成分に対する瞬時流量の設定値を演算出力にす
ることにより流量制御する事を特徴とする混合流
量制御装置。
