[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a catch net rod for fishing with a stick catch net. In stick net fishing, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, a net rod 2 approximately equal to the length of the boat's captain is placed at a distance from the fishing boat 1.
Then, with the net 3 attached to the receiving net rod 2 submerged almost vertically by the sinker 4, fish (such as saury) are collected using the electric light 5, and then the lower end of the net 3 is pulled overboard using the rope 6. This is done by pulling up the receiving net rod 2 to the side. The seine rod 2 used in such rod seine fishing is easy to break at the center when hoisted horizontally, and is easier to use if it is more flexible at both ends when floated.
Conventionally, a bundle of bamboo or wood with a narrow diameter was generally used, with a larger number in the center and a larger number in the center, and fewer and thinner pieces closer to the ends.
However, the bamboo (Moso bamboo) must be green bamboo in order to be strong, and it is replaced every year just before fishing starts, but considering that bamboo is becoming scarce and difficult to obtain every year, An alternative to this is desired. In addition, the length is approximately equal to the ship's captain, which makes the upper deck cumbersome when not in use, so it is desired that the shape can be easily adjusted just before use.

By the way, when the receiving net rod 2 is composed of a single rod or a tubular material having a relatively large outer diameter, there is no natural material with the length necessary for the receiving net rod 2;
Furthermore, even in the case of industrial products, the maximum length is specified to be relatively short, making it difficult to obtain products of sufficient length. Therefore, a receiving net rod of the required length can be obtained by connecting several buoyant pipes. In this case, the general method for joining the pipes is to fit the inner circumferential surface of one tube into the outer circumferential surface of the other tube, so that no protrusion protrudes from the outside of the rod. As an example of this, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a combination of a joint material 8 having an inner circumferential surface 7 for fitting and a pipe 9 that can be fitted into the inner circumferential surface 7 can be considered. The shape and dimensions of the fitting portion shall be the same at all joints, and all pipes 9 shall have the same dimensions in order to ensure compatibility between the pipes 9 and the joint material 8 that joins them. Things are common.
However, according to this, when a bending moment is applied to the receiving net rod 2 due to its own weight or an external load,
At the joint portion, a bending moment is transmitted to the adjacent pipe 9 via the joint material 8 . If the bending strength of the joint material itself is sufficient to withstand the bending moment transmitted at this joint portion, a force A as shown in FIG. 5 acts on the pipe 9 fitted inside the joint material. B indicates the direction of the bending moment. this is,
Between the inner peripheral surface 7 of the joint material 8 and the outer peripheral surface of the pipe end,
This is to provide a gap so that they can be easily fitted, and the joint material 8 and the pipe 9 are mechanically in contact at two points. The magnitude of the force acting on the tube 9 is determined by the transmitted bending moment and the distance between the contact points, but in general, the distance between the contact points is small because the amount of fitting of the tube 9 is small, and the distance between the contact points is small. A large force acts on it. According to the mechanical properties of the tube 9, the strength against deformation of the cross-sectional shape of the tube 9 when a large force is concentratedly applied to the contact point is much smaller than the strength against bending moment. In other words, when determining strength based on bending moment, it is necessary to reinforce the fitting portion of the tube end from the inside to prevent deformation of the cross-sectional shape. Generally, as the above-mentioned reinforcement, reinforcing bodies 10A and 10B such as disks and cylinders that match the inner diameter of the pipe are arranged on the cross section at the contact point and fixed to the inner surface of the pipe 11, as shown in FIG.
A, 11B, or as shown in FIG. 7, a long cylindrical reinforcing body 10C is inserted from the tube end and fixed 11C. However, the former (6th
In the latter case (Fig. 7), if the inner diameter of the pipe 9 is not large enough, it is not possible to fix the reinforcing body 11B located deep inside the pipe 9, and in the latter case (Fig. 7),
If the inner diameter of the tube 9 is not small, the weight of the reinforcing body 10C will be large, causing a problem with buoyancy.

The present invention proposes a fishing net rod that can solve the above-mentioned problems, and for this purpose, a plurality of buoyant tubes and fitting recesses into which the tube ends fit inside are provided at both ends. A joint material having a thick outer periphery of the opening of the fitting recess and a pair of reinforcing bodies are integrated with a small diameter connecting body, which is inserted into the pipe end and the outer reinforcing body is connected to the pipe end. and a reinforcing member spaced a predetermined distance apart so as to correspond to the thick part of the joint material when the reinforcing body on the back side is fitted. An example of this will be described below with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.

Reference numeral 20 indicates a pipe, and reference numeral 21 indicates a joint material having fitting recesses 22 at both ends and having a thick outer periphery of the opening thereof. Reference numeral 23 denotes a reinforcing member, which is composed of a disk-shaped reinforcing body 24, a bottomed cylindrical reinforcing body 25, and a small-diameter connecting body 26 that integrates these 24 and 25 with a predetermined distance L apart. The outer diameter D 1 of the disk-shaped reinforcing body 24 is approximately equal to the inner diameter D of the tube 20, and the outer diameter D 1 of the bottomed cylindrical reinforcing body 25 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter D. The reinforcing member 23 is inserted into the end of the tube 20 so that the bottomed cylindrical reinforcing body 25 is at the back, and the disc-shaped reinforcing body 24 is fixed 27 to the tube end. Here, the distance L is determined so that the bottomed cylindrical reinforcing body 26 corresponds to the thick portion of the joint material 21 in the inserted and fixed state. Therefore, the mouth edge of the pipe 20, which is the point where the pipe 20 and the joint material 21 interact during load, and the joint material 2
The portion of the tube 20 at the position corresponding to the thick wall portion 1 is prevented from deforming in cross section by the disk-shaped reinforcing member 24 and the bottomed cylindrical reinforcing member 25, respectively.

The pipe 20, the joint material 21, the reinforcing member 23, etc. are made of metal (aluminum), FRP, etc., and buoyancy can be achieved by trapping air in the pipe 20 or by filling it with foam.

As described above, according to the present invention, two points of contact can be reinforced from the inside by a pair of reinforcing bodies, and both reinforcing bodies can be integrated by a small-diameter connecting body without significantly increasing the weight. The reinforcing member can be fixed regardless of the pipe diameter by fixing only with a chisel.
