- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 化合物半導体の基台と、基台の主面に１列
に整列して設けられた複数の発光領域と、発光領
域にオーミツク接触され発光領域の整列方向に交
叉する方向に延在する電極とを有する発光ダイオ
ードアレイにおいて、前記電極は一方向に連続し
て複数本延在する複数のグループにわけられ各グ
ループが交互に設けられている事を特徴とする発
光ダイオードアレイ。 (2) 前記電極は前記グループ毎に複数列のワイ
ヤボンド領域を具備した事を特徴とする前記実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の発光ダイオード
アレイ。
