ブル基板、１８Ａ，１８Ｂ・・・第１の接続手段として
のプリント基板、２２Ａ，２２Ｂ・・・第２の接続手段
としてのフラットケーブル、２８・・・引出し端子のな
いＩＣソケット。

Claims (1)
- 複数の引き出し端子用接触点を有するＩＣソケットに着
脱自在に係止されて電気的接続を得る挿入手段と、該挿
入手段より電気的接続点を引き出すフレキシブルケーブ
ルとを設け、該フレキシブルケーブルの引出し距離を短
くするとともに、これにプリント基板等よりなる第１の
接続手段を介して、フラットケーブル等の第２の接続手
段と接続したことを特徴とする開発支援機用プローブ。
