本考案は砂利、砕石等を磨鉱する磨鉱機の壁材
に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a wall material for a grinding machine that grinds gravel, crushed stone, etc.

とするものである。 In this type of grinding machine, as shown in Fig. 1, the walls and hard aggregate strongly rub against each other, so even though the walls are made of wear-resistant steel, they wear out quickly and are difficult to maintain. In fact, the walls of the stone crusher had to be replaced several times a month, which was a real hassle. In addition, if the wall surface is uneven as shown in FIG. 2, the wear will be significant. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a device that reduces wear on the wall surface by holding aggregates on the wall surface and allowing the aggregates to grind against each other.

a, A lattice body 2 in which a large number of horizontal pieces 2b are intersected is integrally formed by casting of wear-resistant steel, and a large number of concave portions 3 are continuously formed between the wall surface of the wall plate 1 and the vertical and horizontal pieces 2a, 2b. . The recess 3 is wide enough to accommodate one or several pieces of aggregate, and its depth is appropriately about half to two-thirds of the length of the aggregate, but it may be deeper.

enters into the respective recesses 3 to form the vertical and horizontal pieces 2a, 2b.
It is supported by If a shock is applied to the aggregates E by moving the wall in this state, the aggregates E will rub or collide with each other, causing the sharp edges Ea of the aggregates E to be polished or damaged. Ore is polished or soft stones such as pumice are crushed. At this time, the aggregate E accommodated and held in the recess 3
Because the range of movement is limited by the vertical and horizontal pieces 2a and 2b, there is little friction between the aggregate and the wall material 1. Therefore, there is less wear on the wall surface, and the number of times the wall material needs to be replaced is reduced, resulting in lower costs. That is, although the surfaces of the vertical and horizontal pieces 2a and 2b are worn out, since the vertical and horizontal pieces are in a protruding state, it takes a long time for them to wear out, and the device can be used until then. In this respect, in the past, the aggregate in contact with the wall surface moved freely, causing strong wear.

For example, in order to accommodate the aggregate on the wall surface, in addition to the recess, a grid-like body 6 having a large number of transparent receiving holes 6a as shown in FIG. 6 may be attached to the wall surface. Further, the shape of the recess or the housing hole for housing the aggregate is arbitrary. Furthermore, the shape of the wall material is also appropriate, and if the wall surface is a curved surface as shown in FIG. 7, the wall material 7 may be shaped accordingly. In short, the present invention is an aggregate grinding machine wall material made of wear-resistant material, which has a plurality of continuous housing recesses or holes capable of accommodating one or several pieces of aggregate to be polished.

費用にできることの効果が大きい。 Therefore, according to the present invention, since the aggregate can be held on the wall of the grinding machine, the movement range of the aggregate on the wall can be limited, thereby reducing the wear of the wall and reducing the number of times expensive wall materials must be replaced. The effect of reducing equipment costs and reducing equipment costs is significant.
