Claims (1)
- 段違いに直交配備された縦横可動ガイドと、両
ガイドの交叉部に空気軸受を介して支持せられ交
叉部の変位に応じて移行するステージとを具備し
たＸＹステージにおいて、前記縦横ガイドには、
軸方向に沿つてリニアスケールを配設し、ステー
ジには該リニアスケールに対応して走査ヘツドを
配備して成るＸＹステージ。
