  1. 発光素子を具備し、電源として通常時はＡＣ電
    源を使用し、停電時に予備電源に切換えて停電補
    償を行う装置において、第１の電圧を発生して第
    １の負荷を駆動する第１の電源回路と、第１の電
    圧より低い第２の電圧を発生して第２の負荷を駆
    動する第２の電源回路と、通常時は第１の電源回
    路の出力を発光素子に供給し停電時には第２の電
    源回路の出力をこの発光素子に供給する制御回路
    とからなる発光素子の駆動回路。
