Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は軒樋、更に詳しくは、孔明き金属板を
折曲して得られる金属樋の内外両面が合成樹脂層
で被覆された軒樋に関するものである。

するという問題がある。本考案は、軒樋の強度が
大部分耳部で支持されることに着目し、上記の問
題点を克服するために為されたものであり、主な
目的とするところは、金属板の補強効果による全
体の強度を低下させることなく金属板の内外両面
に被覆される合成樹脂層の結合強度を高めること
ができた軒樋を提供することである。

本考案を以下図に示す実施例に基いて詳述す
る。本考案に係る軒樋は、上方が開口した断面略
U字状の樋状部1の上端より内方に開口する断面
略C字状の耳部2が一体に突出する形状に孔明き
金属板3を折曲して得られる金属樋4の内外両面
が全面に亘つて合成樹脂層5,5で被覆され、孔
による耳部2での開口率が樋状部1での開口率よ
りも小さくなつたことを特徴とするものであつ
て、本実施例では、図に示すように耳部2におけ
る孔2aの大きさを樋状部1における孔1aの大
きさよりも小さくして耳部2での開口率を樋状部
1での開口率よりも小さくした例を示している。
孔明き金属板3としては、帯状のスチールペーパ
ーと称される鋼板が使用され、第2図に示するう
に、上記孔1a,2aが一様に形成されている。
金属樋4の内外両面を覆う合成樹脂層5,5とし
ては塩化ビニルが用いられ、上記の各孔1a,2
aを通して互いに一体に結合し、接着剤を用いず
とも金属樋4へ耳部2及び樋状部1で強固に結合
するものである。またこの合成樹脂層5は、第3
図に示すように、耳部2の上端と下端とに跨る部
分で連続し、耳部2の開口を塞いでこの部分に中
空部を形成する。尚、上記の実施例では、耳部2
と樋状部での孔1a,2aの大きさを変えて耳部
2の開口率を樋状部1の開口率よりも小さくした
例を示したが、本考案はこれのみに限定されるも
のではなく、耳部2と樋状部1での孔の大きを一
定として孔の数を変えて開口率に差をつけるよう
にしてもよいのは勿論である。
