Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部管寄せ1及び下部管寄せ2をともに環
状に形成し、これら上下管寄せ1,2を多数の水
管で連結し、これら水管は半径方向に間隔をおい
た2個の同心円状の環状水管列3,4として配列
し、内方の環状水管列3内に燃焼室7を形成し、
この内外水管列3,4により環状の燃焼ガス通路
5を形成し、内方の水管列3には外方の環状の燃
焼ガス通路5への開口部9を設け、外方の水管列
4にはボイラー外壁8に設けた煙道11へ連通す
る開口部10を設け、燃焼ガス通路5に面する水
管の外表面に平板状のヒレ12を管軸方向に向つ
て多段状に配した多管式貫流ボイラーにおいて、
該平板状ヒレ12を、燃焼ガスの下流側に向うに
従つて煙道の中心延長線(基準レベル)から漸次
遠ざかる状態で燃焼ガス流れに対して傾斜面を形
成するように設けたことを特徴とする多管式貫流
ボイラーの伝熱面構造。 (2) 前記平板状のヒレが燃焼ガスの流れ方向に
対して実質上交叉するように適当数のスリツト1
3を設けていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の多管式貫流ボイラーの伝熱
構造。
