Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 木材をシート状に薄くスライスして、シー
ト材を形成し、浸漬手段により、シート材の組織
内にウレタン樹脂の含浸層を形成し、前記樹脂を
介してポリ塩化ビニル膜を熱圧着手段により接着
したことを特徴とするシート状素材。 (2) 木材をシート状に薄くスライスして、シー
ト材を形成し、浸漬手段により、シート材の組織
内にウレタン樹脂の含浸層を形成し、また表面に
ウレタン樹脂の皮膜を形成し、さらに皮膜を介し
てポリ塩化ビニル膜を熱圧着手段により接着した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のシート状素材。 (3) 木材をシート状に薄くスライスして、シー
ト材を形成し、浸漬手段により、シート材の組織
内にウレタン樹脂の含浸層を形成し、また表面に
ウレタン樹脂の皮膜を形成し、さらに皮膜を介し
てポリ塩化ビニル膜を熱圧着手段により接着しポ
リ塩化ビニル膜を接着しない面に紙状体を固定し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項又は第２項記載のシート状素材。
