- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ２と、このシリンダ２に内挿されたス
クリユ３と、シリンダ２の先端側に備えられたダ
イ４と、を有しており、シリンダ２に供給された
食品材料をスクリユ３を介して加工し、ダイ４に
向つて押出して該ダイ４で成形する食品加工用押
出機において、 シリンダ２とダイ４との間に、シリンダ２とダ
イ４とを連通する第１通路１６とシリンダ２とダ
イ４とに至る中途で外部に連通する第２通路１７
とを有するバルブ１２が切換自在に備えられてお
り、前記バルブ１２の第２通路１７には該通路面
積を増減自在にする調整具１８が設けられている
ことを特徴とする食品加工用押出機。
