  1. 被冷却体の大きさに合わせて周囲に１ヶ又は複数個の冷
    却材噴出ノズルを配置しこれに冷却材を吹きこむことに
    より周囲の冷却材をも循環させ、噴流が容器外にこぼれ
    ないようにしかつ冷却材供給ポンプの動圧を有効利用す
    ることを特徴とする・ 冷却装置。
