Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 食用油を貯溜する鍋体と、鍋体を加熱する加熱装置と、
    鍋体の底部に水平状に回転可能に設けられた回転板と、
    回転板により移送されながら油揚けされた素材を食用油
    中より引上げる引上げコンベヤとを備えた油揚げ機であ
    って、しかも前記の引上げコンベヤの下部を、前記の回
    転板の下方に位置するように、水平方向へ延出せしめで
    受承部と成したことを特徴とする油揚げ機。
