Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）磁性粉を含有する粉体の濃度またはレベルを検知
    する粉体センサにおいて、ピックアップコイルを巻装し
    たコアの前面に磁気ギャップを設け、この磁気ギャップ
    形成面を検知面としたことを特徴とする粉体センサ。
  2. （２）前記磁気ギャップは幅が０．ＩＴｆｒＩＩ１〜０
    ．５１ｒＩｊｎであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の粉体センサ。
  3. （３）前記磁気ギャップは直線状に設けられることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項に
    記載の粉体センサ。
  4. （４）前記磁気ギャップは２本平行に設けられることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項、第２項また
    は第３項に記載の粉体センサ。
  5. （５）前記コアは、前記ピックアップコイルを巻装し、
    かつ、前面に前記磁気ギャップを形成したフロントコア
    と、このフロントコアの後端面に結合されるバンクコア
    とを有して構成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項、第２項、第３項または第４項に記載の
    粉体センサ。
  6. （６） 前記フロントコアは、センタコア部材と、こ
    のセンタコア部材の前端面の両側に、それぞれ磁気ギャ
    ップを有して結合される一対のサイドコア部材とを備え
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項に記
    載の粉体センサ。
