ペンシル状化粧料には一般には押し出し成形によって製
造した芯を水輪や樹脂軸に入れてなる鉛筆タイプの他に
カー・トリソジ式もあり、カートリッジ式の場合には芯
を流込成型によって製造することも多い。本発明はペン
シル状化粧料の経時での発粉を抑える効果を有し、この
ことは上記押し出し成形芯にも流し込み成形芯にも同じ
ように効果的である。また、木ロウを配合した処方であ
れば、形態が特にペンシル状でない化粧料に対しても有
