一体に設けられかつ回転磁気ヘッド2Aの位置を上下に
移動させることができる上下動装置部5bと、この上下
動装置部5bの下方に設けられ回転磁気ヘッド2Aを第
3図で示す矢印Bの円周方向に回動させることができる
