Inserts generally have poor ventilation and are not exposed to sunlight, so they tend to get damp and mold can easily form on the structural materials of the inserts and on the items stored therein. The above-mentioned tendency is particularly strong in the case of concrete buildings, and if the insert is in contact with the outside air through a wall or heated in the winter, the temperature difference between the outside air inside the insert and the inside of the insert and the indoor temperature will increase. Condensation tends to form on the walls inside the insert, which can lead to mold growth.

The insertion ventilation device as an application example of the present invention shown in the drawings includes a blower 2 installed on the ceiling surface 1 inside the insertion.
It mainly consists of a ventilation panel 4 that is attached to the side wall 3 inside the insert where a temperature difference is likely to occur and dew condensation is likely to occur, and a ventilation duct 5 that connects the blower 2 and the ventilation panel 4. The blower 2 has a slit-shaped air intake 6 in its outer shell, and one end of a ventilation duct 5 is connected to a discharge port 7. The ventilation panel 4 has a ventilation space inside, and a duct connection port 8 that communicates with the ventilation space is opened at a corner on the front side thereof. The end face of the ventilation panel 4 can be opened as is or by forming a ventilation hole, and the blown air can be blown out from the end face. This ventilation panel 4 is erected on the side wall 3 of the insert with a slight gap between it and the side wall 3, and as a result constitutes a substantial wall surface of that part of the insert. The ventilation space, which is the gap between the ventilation panel 4 and the side wall 3 inside the insert, can be easily defined by forming the structural material on the back side of the ventilation panel 4 into a corrugated shape, or by providing a spacer (not shown). Can be done. There is an operating switch 9 inside the blower 2.
A power supply circuit 11 for weak operation of the motor 10 is wired therein. And this power supply circuit 1
1, an automatic operation circuit 13 for strong operation including a normally open contact 12A of an output relay 12 is provided in parallel with the operation switch 9. The output relay 12 is excited by the output of the detection circuit 14, and the detection circuit 14 is equipped with a dew condensation sensor 15 and a humidity sensor 1, which are arranged on the side wall 3 etc. inside the insertion part and detect and output dew condensation in the relevant part.
6. It operates when it receives an output signal from one of the temperature sensors 17, amplifies it, and excites the output relay 12. Note that the power supply circuit 11 is provided with a normally closed contact 12B of an output relay 12 in series with the operation switch 9.

Therefore, when the operation switch 9 is closed and the power supply circuit 11 is closed, the blower 2 is activated to ventilate the inside of the insertion, but condensation may occur on the side wall 3 inside the insertion or the inside of the insertion When the temperature or humidity increases, the operation switch 9 is closed,
Even if the blower 2 is operating at low speed, or even if the operation switch 9 is opened and the blower 2 is stopped,
The automatic operation circuit 13 for strong operation is closed by the excitation of the output relay 12 by the operation of the detection circuit 14,
The blower 2 operates strongly until the insertion situation becomes appropriate, quickly eliminating condensation and removing moisture. In other words, if condensation actually occurs,
In situations where dew condensation is likely to occur or where there is a lot of humidity, these conditions are detected by the condensation sensor 15, temperature sensor 17, and humidity sensor 16, and the environment inside the insertion is quickly improved by making the ventilation stronger. It is.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the detection circuit 14
A second output relay 18 is provided on the output side of the dew condensation sensor 1 and is energized by the output of either the temperature sensor 17 or the humidity sensor 16.
By configuring the circuit so that only the output relay 12 is energized at output No. 5, when condensation occurs, strong operation quickly eliminates the condensation, and in other situations, weak operation is used to remove moisture. This allows you to better respond to situations. In the figure, 18A is a normally open contact of the second output relay 18.

As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the insertion ventilation system of the present invention is an automatic operation system in which the blower, which is the main body of ventilation, is independently operated by the output of each sensor that detects dew condensation, temperature, and humidity. Because it is equipped with a circuit, the inside of the insert, where it is difficult to judge the situation such as checking for dew condensation, is automatically ventilated based on accurate and detailed judgment using each sensor, quickly eliminating condensation and moisture that may cause mold growth. can be removed. Of course, it is also possible to operate a blower at will to ventilate the interior of the insert and prevent moisture from accumulating.
