There are materials coated with urethane resin, and materials with a three-layer structure in which a backing fabric is further bonded to the film surface or coated surface described above.

問題が生じた。Traditionally, it has been used as the outer fabric material for breathable and waterproof fabrics for sports.
Knitted fabrics using nylon filaments or nylon filament-processed yarns, which have excellent abrasion resistance and excellent color development, were used, but as mentioned above, moisture permeability and waterproofness as well as elasticity were required, so polyurethane-based elastic Woven and knitted fabrics in which yarns are interlaced or interwoven as yarns or coated elastic yarns have come to be used. However, the above-mentioned nylon yarn has poor adhesion due to the material, and the adhesive strength between the outer fabric and the breathable and waterproof film is low, and the fabric using nylon thread has poor adhesion after dyeing.
During the fixing treatment performed to improve fastness, the adhesive remaining adsorbed on the fabric inhibits adhesion, causing problems such as peeling of the moisture-permeable and waterproof film from the outer fabric. In addition, nylon yarn requires 5 to 6 hours for dyeing and processing, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost. In order to improve this point, outer fabrics made of polyester fiber yarn were used, and cationic dyeable polyester fiber yarns were also used as the outer fabric from the viewpoint of adhesion, but although both improved adhesion, dyeing Due to the high temperature, the alternatingly knitted and magnetized polyurethane elastic yarn is set or becomes brittle, resulting in a problem that the elastic recovery force is reduced.

, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a substantially bilinear polymer having a molecular weight of 600 to 7,000 and having hydroxyl groups at both ends, such as polytetramethylene ether diol, polycaprolactone diol, and ethylene glycol, 1,4-butane. Diol, 1,6-hexanediol 1, one or a mixture of glycols such as neopentyl glycol and succinic acid, geltaric acid, adipic acid, sperinic acid, azelaic acid, sebacic acid, dodecanedicarboxylic acid, β-methyladipic acid , one or a mixture of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids such as hexahydroterephthalic acid, and a dicarboxylic acid which may also partially contain aromatic dicarboxylic acids such as terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid, and has a melting point of 60°C or less. , preferably 40
℃ or less, or mixtures thereof, and polyfunctional active hydrogenated compounds such as hydrazine, ethylene diamine, 1,2-propylene diamine, hexamethylene diamine, xylylene diamine, and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane. A urethane bond is formed in the molecule obtained by reacting one or a mixture of 4,4'-diphenylmethane disemicarbazide, β-aminopropionic acid hydrazide, carposihydrazide, water, ethylene glycol, l,4-butanediol, etc. In addition, normal pressure cation dyeable polyester is a fiber made of an elastic polymer having 0.5 to 7 moles of sulfone metal base-containing ester-forming component in the total acid component or glycol component constituting the polyester. % and can be dyed with cationic dyes under atmospheric pressure, for example, by copolymerizing 0.5 to 7 mol %, preferably 1 to 6 mol % of a 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid component. The resulting alkylene terephthalate polyester, or a polyester containing a sulfonic acid metal base-containing ester-forming component in an amount greater than the above polyester, is blended with an alkylene terephthalate polyester that does not contain a sulfonic acid metal base to form the sulfonic acid metal base-containing ester as a whole. It is selected from cationic dyeable polyester fibers obtained by melt spinning a blend of two or more polyesters whose components fall within the above ranges. Furthermore, in order to impart normal pressure dyeability, the content ratio of the sulfonic acid metal base-containing ester-forming component, spinning conditions, etc. are also important. 3,000 m when the temperature is normally 5 mo/L/% or less.
/min or more, or in addition to the sulfonic acid metal base-containing ester-forming component, additional copolymerization components such as isophthalic acid, adipic acid, sebacic acid, geltaric acid,
Acid components such as dimer acid, diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, neobennal glycol, neopentyl glycol, glycol components such as alkylene oxide adducts, oxyacids such as oxybenzoic acid, oxyethoxybenzoic acid, etc. 1 to 1 for total acid components
It is also usually produced by ordinary spinning or high speed spinning of a 5 mol copolymerized polyester. In addition, a coated elastic yarn in which the core yarn is a polyurethane elastic yarn and the covering yarn is a polyester fiber yarn that can be dyed under normal pressure using cations can be made by elongating the polyurethane elastic yarn by 2 to 4 times and dyeing the outer periphery under normal pressure. It is obtained by making single or double polyester filaments or processed yarns each time. The covered elastic yarn 100
A surface fabric is formed by weaving or knitting the coated elastic yarn with other yarns. The denier, weaving density, fabric thickness, weaving structure, etc. of the covered elastic yarn are appropriately determined depending on the intended final product. The yarn to be mixed and knitted with the covered elastic yarn may be any yarn, but pressure-dyeable polyester fiber yarn is preferred from the viewpoints of same color property, prevention of deterioration of the elastic yarn due to dyeing density, and dyeing processing time. The moisture permeable and waterproof film adhered to one side of the woven or knitted fabric may be any film as long as it has moisture permeability and waterproof properties; for example, poly(7tethylene) film is preferred. In this case, moisture permeability 4000f
/ ctd ・24hr or more, water resistance of 11000a or more is preferable, and the film thickness is 10-100μ
is preferable, and more preferably 10 to 30μ. Any adhesive may be used as long as it provides the required adhesiveness. Adhesion may be full surface adhesion or point adhesion. Here, the moisture permeability is measured according to JIS Z0208, and the water resistance is determined using the JIS LI092 hydrostatic method.

The stretchable fabric may be any kind as long as it has stretchability. The thickness of the fabric is also appropriately determined depending on the purpose.

Weaved at 100℃ using cationic dyes.
The staining was done with The finished density of the fabric is warp density 12
The weft density was 0 threads/inch and the weft density was 100 threads/inch. The obtained material was point-adhered to a 4-fluoroethylene film having a thickness of 15 μm using a urethane adhesive to obtain a stretchable, moisture-permeable waterproof fabric.

第1表に示す。Comparative Example Spandex filament yarn of 70 denier was stretched three times, and covering yarn in which the filament yarn was single-covered with a 70-denier 24 filament of nylon false twisted yarn was arranged in the warp and weft to weave a plain textured fabric,
After dyeing to a deep color with an acid dye, a fixing treatment was performed with a metal bath fixing agent. The finished density of the woven fabric was a warp density of 122 threads/inch and a weft thread density of 104 threads/inch. The obtained fabric was treated in the same manner as in the example to obtain a stretchable moisture permeable waterproof fabric. The moisture-permeable waterproof fabrics obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples (size of test fabric: 30 cIn square) were washed in a household washing machine using warm water at 40°C, and the peeling state of the fabric and film and the washing time were evaluated. Adhesive durability was examined from the relationship. The results are shown in Table 1.

2 times, and 24 hours later, the entire surface was peeled off.

This greatly improves adhesive durability. In addition, the dyeing temperature at the time of dyeing is normally 110 degrees Celsius or lower as it is dyeable under normal pressure, making it possible to finish the polyurethane elastic thread without setting it or causing it to become brittle. Therefore, elastic recovery power is not lost.
