Conventionally, various measures have been taken to reduce railway noise, which is secondary noise caused by vibrations of tracks and viaducts caused by running trains, that is, structural noise.
Among these countermeasures, the elastic sleeper method, in which the concrete sleeper body is coated with an elastic material in advance and manufactured in an integrated manner, has been proven effective and has been applied to some railway lines.

However, since this integrated manufacturing method involves insert molding and covering concrete products that are large and have low dimensional accuracy, the equipment and labor involved are excessive, and costs tend to be high.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks by attaching an elastic coating layer to the molded sleeper body separately from the concrete sleeper body using its elasticity or by using adhesive etc. This makes it possible to easily convert existing concrete sleepers into elastic sleepers by hand not only in factories but also at commercial line construction sites.

以下、本考案の実施例を図に従つて説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the elastic shoe according to the present invention, which is formed in the shape of a ship from an elastic material whose main component is polyurethane foam elastomer, vulcanized rubber such as styrene rubber, or recycled rubber powder from waste tires. At the same time, both sides of the hull and the center portion 2 of the bottom are band-shaped. FIG. 2 is a central cross-sectional view of the case where the central portion 2 is made thick to provide elasticity, and furthermore, a groove 4 is provided at the bottom.

Since the elastic shoe of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure has elasticity in the central portion 2, it can be easily attached to a concrete sleeper while being stretched manually. In addition, as shown in Fig. 3, the central part 2
When using a band-shaped material, a space is formed, so by pasting an extremely soft foam 3 that can be expanded and contracted after installation, such as soft polyethylene foam, vibration transmission from this region can be prevented. can. In addition, in either case of banding or thickening, by providing grooves on the inner surface of the bottom of the hull, a direct-coupled elastic sleeper system that is fixed with filler material such as concrete instead of bedded track using ballast, etc. In this case, it is effective to prevent the vibration damping effect from decreasing due to an increase in the spring constant due to the restraint of free deformation by the filler material. Furthermore, if an adhesive or adhesive is used in conjunction with the mounting, it is possible to prevent the degree of adhesion from decreasing due to train vibrations, etc. after mounting.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to install concrete sleepers using elasticity, so it is possible to install concrete sleepers with an elastic coating layer, which previously could not be manufactured only in factories. It can be easily attached to concrete sleepers on site.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. Formed in the shape of a ship from an elastic material whose main component is polyurethane foam elastomer, vulcanized rubber such as styrene rubber, or recycled rubber powder from waste tires, and approximately both ends in the longitudinal direction. Since the elastic shoes in the central part of the train are loaded with rails and the train load is applied to them, there is little need for vibration-proofing effects in the central part of the elastic shoes. An elastic shoe for attaching concrete sleepers to concrete sleepers. 2. An elastic shoe for installing a concrete sleeper as set forth in claim 1 of the utility model registration claim, which has a groove on the inner surface of the bottom of a hull shape.
