Claims (1)
- （１）超硬合金やサーメットなどからなる硬物質の表面
に、チタン、クロム、バナジウム、ジルコニウムの炭化
物または窒化物あるいは炭窒化物からなる層を、その層
厚が０．１０〜６．０μで１種または２種以上を物理蒸
着法によって形成し、さらに前記層の表面にチタンの炭
化物または窒化物あるいは炭窒化物および酸化アルミニ
ウムの１種または２種以上の層を化学蒸着法によつて形
成し、該層のトータル厚みが０．０５〜１２．０μであ
ることを特徴とする被覆硬質合金。
