    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタ インバータ部を有するＸ線高電装置にお
    いて、各トランジスタについてそのベース端芋に２つの
    ドライブ用トランジスタが接続されており、各トランジ
    スタのパルス印加初期には２つのドライブ用１・ランジ
    スタが動作し、そのパルスが切れる前にはいずれか１つ
    のドライブ用トランジスタのみが動作するようにして、
    各トランジスタ オフ時の蓄積時間を短かくしているこ
    とを特徴とする−、Ｘ線高電圧装置。
