Cone-shaped or pot-shaped containers for packaging frozen sweets or holding drinking water are printed on the front side of composite paper with cellophane, synthetic resin film, or aluminum foil glued to the surface of strong paper sheets. If you use a sheet with polyethylene laminated on the back side, cut it appropriately, polymerize the edges on both sides, and then heat bond it, the laminated side of polyethylene and paper sheets, cellophane, synthetic resin film, aluminum, etc. Heat bonding to so-called envelope pasting, which faces the surface of the foil, has the disadvantage that the bonding surface lacks affinity and good heat bonding is not possible, resulting in easy peeling.

This invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its features include printing on the front or back side of a plastic sheet, and forming an anchor coating layer on the surface of the sheet to promote thermal adhesion; The present invention provides a sheet having a high heat insulating effect, in which a heat insulating layer made of foamed polyethylene or the like is formed on the back side of the sheet.

The foam insulation sheet of this invention is shown in Figures 1 and 2.
As shown in the figure, a tough plastic sheet 1 such as a polyolefin sheet with a thickness of about 100 μm is used.
A printed layer 4 is applied on the front side or the back side of the sheet 1 in which appropriate patterns and indications are printed at predetermined locations using printing ink, and the sheet 1 and the printed layer 4 are coated with polyethylene, polyurethane compatibility ( An anchor coat layer 5 made of polyethylene, polyimide, polyethylene deformed resin, etc. is coated with a transparent thermal adhesion promoter to improve thermal adhesion (thermal adhesion), and a closed-cell foamed polyethylene layer 6 is applied to the back side of the paper sheet 1. was formed.

Since the sheet of this invention is constructed as described above, as shown in FIG.
If b is polymerized in a certain dimension, the surface of the anchor coat layer 5 and the surface of the foamed polyethylene layer 6 or the polycoat layer 7 will come into contact, and if this portion is heated and pressurized, the anchor coat layer 5 will have good affinity with the foamed polyethylene layer 6.
The foamed polyethylene layer is thermally bonded, and the foamed polyethylene layer is further compressed by heating and pressurization, so that even when pasted onto an envelope, there is no step corresponding to the thickness of the sheet, allowing for smart lamination. When used as a container, the foamed polyethylene layer Because of the heat insulating effect, there is little heat transfer even when something like boiling water is poured into the container, and conversely, the warmth of the hand holding the container is applied to the frozen confectionery in the container, eliminating the risk of it melting prematurely.

As mentioned above, this invention involves printing on the front or back side of a plastic sheet, forming an anchor coating layer for promoting thermal adhesion on the front side of the sheet, and forming a heat insulating layer made of foamed polyethylene or the like on the back side of the sheet. Because of this, the foamed polyethylene layer and anchor coat layer can be placed facing each other and attached to an envelope by heating and pressurizing when joining when forming containers, etc., so it can be used for containers of all shapes and forms a heat insulating layer. Because of this, there is less heat conduction, and the anchor coat layer also has a glossy effect.
