Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は2気筒型回転圧縮機の改良に関するも
のである。従来の2気筒型回転圧縮機は回転軸と
ローラとで形成された中空部に前記回転軸のポン
プ作用によつて潤滑油を供給し、前記中空部内の
潤滑油をローラのクリアランスを利用してシリン
ダ内に供給し、このシリンダの内壁及びローラと
ベーンとの接触部を潤滑して油切れによる摩耗を
防止している。しかしながら、潤滑油はローラの
クリアランスで中空部からシリンダ内に供給され
るため、クリアランスを大きく取つて油供給量を
多くしようとすると、高圧ガスが低圧側にリーク
してしまい冷凍能力が著しく低下してしまう問題
があつた。本発明は冷凍能力を低下させることな
く、ローラとベーンとの接触部に潤滑油を供給し
て相互の摩耗を減少させることを目的とするもの

ラ9,10と該ローラに当接して摺動するベーン
11,12を夫々収納している。前記ベーン11
はコイルバネ13を介してベーン収納部14に保
持されローラ9の偏心回転と共働してシリンダー
5内を高圧室15と低圧室16に区分する。尚ベ
ーン12もローラ10と共働して同様の作用を行
うが図面上での説明は省略している。17及び1

記中空部には回転軸の給油孔を開口せしめてなる
ものであるから、回転軸の回転により中空部に吐
出された潤滑油が貫通孔より上下シリンダーの高
圧室側に交互に噴出されローラとベーンの接触部
