Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平面研摩装置の研摩面上の被加工物を保持する保持部と
    、姿勢を一定に保って設けられた支持部と、該支持部に
    それぞれの一端をいずれの方向にも揺動可能なように取
    り付け、かつ前記堡持部にそれぞれの他端をいずれの方
    向にも揺動可能なように取り付け、それぞれの延長が前
    記被加工物の被加工面上の一点で交わり、すべてが一平
    面上に位置しない３本のリンクとを有し、このリンクの
    少くとも一本の一端を前記支持部に回転自在に設けた第
    １の軸に該第１の軸にほぼ直角な軸の回りに回転可能な
    ように取り付け、かつ他端を前記保持部に回転自在に設
    けた第２の軸にこの第２の軸にほぼ直角な軸の回りに回
    転可能なように取り付けたことを特徴とする平面研摩装
    置の被加工物保持機構。
