    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 床上に荷台を設置し、該荷台の前縁部に座席前縁部を台
    板と共に枢着し、座席前部には座席の収納凹部を形成し
    、該座席は座部と該座部上に前倒れ可能な背もたれ部と
    からなり、背もたれ部を座部上に前倒れさせることによ
    り折畳み状態にした座席を前転−して収納凹部に収納し
    た場合には合板と荷台とが面一となって荷台部を形成す
    る座席において、座席背もたれ部に係止具を設け折畳み
    状態で該係止具が係合する係合手段を座部に設け、使用
    状態で該係止具が係合する保合手段を車体側′に設けた
    車輌の座部。
