    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定着ロール用の発熱ヒータと、この発熱ヒータに係脱可
    能に接続された電源側の電極バネとを備え、前記電極バ
    ネは、定着装置が一定値以上に昇温したときに記憶形状
    に復元する形状記憶合金により、前記発熱ヒータとの電
    気的接続が断たれるようにしたことを特徴とする定着装
    置。
