Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はさきに登録された実公昭49−12938号
考案の改良構造に関する。この先行考案は貯湯タ
ンクの中央垂直位置に犠性陽極棒を着脱自在に懸
吊するために、タンクの上面中央に固設されたソ
ケツト内を上下に貫通してこれに採湯管を螺着
し、この採湯管のタンク内へ延長する部分の下端
に犠性陽極棒を螺着し、上記延長部分に管の内外
を連通させる通水孔を開けた構造の温水器タンク
である。しかしこの構造では、採湯管の特殊な加
工が必要であるため加工コストが非常に高くな
り、且つその加工を容易にするため採湯管の材料
として実際上真鍮を使用せねばならず、すると大
きい電位差を生ずることの故に犠性陽極棒の採湯
管と接続する部分の消耗が大きく、従つて該陽極

加工した所謂ホーロー加工板等で作られる。図示
していないが、タンク7の外周には保温材を介し
て外箱が設置される。タンク7の上面中央の開口
に金属ソケツト4が嵌着固設され、その内面には
ネジが切られている。このソケツト4の内面ネジ
に採湯管3の下端外面のネジがネジ込まれ、採湯
管3の上端外面にもネジ3aが切られている。こ
の上端ネジには外部配管がネジ込み接続される。
また図示していないが、採湯管3の中間部外周に
ゴム環が嵌着され、これは上記外箱の蓋の孔周辺

を切り、且つ該延長部の円周に沿つて多数の内外
連通用通水孔を開けることを必要とせず、即ち加
工が簡単であるので、実際上真鍮など特に加工の
容易な材料を用いる必要がなく、タンク7と同等
材質のステンレスを使用することが可能であり、
従つて真鍮のように陽極棒6との間に大きい電位
差を生ずることがなく、採湯管のために生ずる犠
性陽極棒の消耗が少ない。また採湯管3の上記タ
ンク内への延長部が殆んど無いことの故にタンク
内湯との接触面積が小さく、そのためにも犠性陽
極棒の消耗が少なくなる。なおソケツト4及び接
続棒2と、接続金具5の各材料も同様にステンレ

切る加工を必要としないので、そのためにも加工
コストを少なくすることができるなどの効果があ
