Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

In a disk cartridge in which liner sheets are adhered to the inner surfaces of the upper and lower hard cases, and a magnetic disk is rotatably housed, an elastic body is attached to one side and an elastic body is attached to the other side at substantially opposing positions on the inner surfaces of the upper and lower node cases. A disk cartridge characterized in that a body receiving convex portion with an inclined surface is provided, and the elastic body and the elastic body receiving convex portion with an inclined surface are interposed between the inner surfaces of the upper and lower hard cases and each liner sheet.
