は、冷却水を流すための配管13,13と結合す

具16で固定されており、また冷却水配管13,
13の一端は基板15に設けた貫通穴17に貫通
して給水ポンプ(図示せず)等に結合されてい

ンジ14,14と連結されている。さらに前記保
持金具16にはドレン水を排水用の配管18を結
合するためのドレンフランジ19が固定されてお
