Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は、お互いにその上に立つて、足で左または右
に回転させることによつて、相手の平衡（バランス）を
くずして、そこから落下させる競技用回転式円筒器具で
ある。

従来、同様の方法で行う競技は、カナダ国のきこりを職
業とする人達などが、円筒状に切断した大木を水面に浮
べ、その上に競い合う人が立ち、それぞれ足で左右に回
転させ、相手の平衡（バランス）をくずして水中に落下
させる「ログ・ローリング・Ｌｏｇ・ｒｏｌｌｉｎｇ」
と呼ばれているもので、競技の場所は水上だけで、自然
の大木を利用する以外に、競技、遊戯器具としては、全
くつくられていない。しかも、競技で負けた人は必ず水
中に落下するのであるから、水温が低い時には防水防寒
の装備をしないと風邪を引くとか、すぐに着換えなけれ
ば困るし、できない時もあるなど、気候、季節に制限さ
れ、体力、健康状態にも考慮が必要であり水泳のできな
い人には生命の危険もある。

本発明である競技用回転式円筒器具は、（１）使用場所
に関して言えば、水上のみならず陸上の様々な地域で広
範囲に使うことができ、（２）競技時または練習時期に
関して言えば、陸上で使用した場合は、競技で負けた人
でも水中に落下することがないので、寒冷時期でも防水
、防寒の装備がほとんど不要で、地理、気候、季節によ
つて使用時期を制限されることもなく、（３）競技時の
危険性に関して言えば、陸上で使用する場合は、落下地
点付近に弾力物（クツシヨン）置けば、けがの危険性も
ほとんどないし、水泳のできない人が溺れることもない
。

、競技に比べ男性、女性、年令に対する差別分類（ハン
デキヤツプ）が少なく、大衆の競技、遊戯としてほとん
どの国、地域で多くの人がいつでも競い楽しめる。
